Delivery of Advertisements – While we always do everything within our control to make sure that all advertising programs are delivered 100%, we cannot warranty nor guarantee 100% delivery. If for some reason you believe that a program of yours was not fulfilled properly, please contact Tech Support with all the particulars of your campaign at support@myemailsafe.com and we will attempt to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
Marketing Results – My Email Safe makes no warranty neither stated nor implied of marketing campaign results. Individual marketing results will vary from member to member and are based solely on the marketer’s experience and marketing savvy.
Guaranteed Up Time – While we make no implied warranty or guarantee as to system up time, availability or timely delivery of Emails or Banner Ads, we do promise to do our best at all times to keep the system up, running and tuned for performance for our members use.
No Spam – Any account caught Spamming in anyway that implicates My Email Safe will be deactivated, charged $5 per SPAM allegation, charged $5 per piece of SPAM sent out with the My Email Safe name implicated in any way and the account will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice or refund. Additionally, 100% of any outstanding commissions owed an account will be forfeited to My Email Safe in the event of any SPAM violations.
Possibly Offensive Materials – Adult, Hate, Racial or Slanderous content and advertising is strictly prohibited. Any account that is caught sending out offensive content or advertisements will be immediately and permanently deactivated without notice or refund. My Email Safe retains the right to final decision over what is considered offensive. Please use your best judgment.
Monthly, Annual and Lifetime Memberships – Lifetime refers to the “Lifetime” of My Email Safe, not the member’s lifetime. If My Email Safe should happen to go out of business or permanently lose connectivity without the ability to re-establish access to the Internet for any reason, it will be considered the end of all memberships with no refunds being warranted.
Promotional Rights Reserved – My Email Safe reserves the right to include all List Email addresses from every member hosted at My Email Safe in our marketing programs. There will be periodic mailings of our offers, solos ads and future megalist mailings that your hosted email address will receive. We will be offering these services for fees to offset the incremental hosting costs of your email servers.
Neglect of Email Account - Owners are responsible for maintaining their accounts. If My Email Safe should begin receiving complaints of neglect on an Owner's part, My Email Safe reserves the right to take cease service to the address in question.
Memberships are Non-Transferable - Memberships cannot be resold, are non-transferable and non-willable. Nor can memberships be used by anyone but the membership holder.
Liability – My Email Safe in no way implies any warranty nor guarantee as to availability and accepts no liability to its members for loss of income, loss of use nor loss any other conceivable property or value. By becoming a member of My Email Safe, you fully agree to not hold My Email Safe liable for any loss of service, loss of income, loss of opportunity or any other loss that may be conceived of by you as a member.
Right to Update – My Email Safe reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice.
